    im going to dose the p-plex at 30/30/30/30/0/0 and epi at 0/0/30/30/40/40 i do agree p-plex at 40 is a bit too much but i'll see how i feel in terms of sides. i'll most likely just stick with 30mg for p-plex tho. when are you starting your cycle?

    Isnt p-plex a wet compound. I thought running ATD with it would help minimise this.

    I plan on doing a 4 week cycle of IBE Epistane in a few weeks and wanted some input to make sure im all good to go! im 5'6 21 yrs old 202 lbs 12% bf 1.5 weeks before cycle i will preload with milk thistle and hawthorne berry i will be dosing the epi at: week 1 - 20mg (10mg the first day)...
