    Yup...I am taking 100mg of F-95 a day for the last 10 days, my F-poops started on Day 3, I still have them but I think there is slow improvement.

    I took 1g, maybe 2g Tyrosine with YC before with no adverse reaction...that was last year before I read it shouldn't be taken with Tyrosine...oops :p So no issue with the elevated heart rate from lifting weights if taking YC? I might try add in 2.5mg to the EC and see if I notice anything.
