    Also my main lifts I've been able to hit has been Bench 135 x 3 Ovh press 95 x 6 Bb row 105 x 10 I am still recovering from a leg injury from work a I have not hit legs yet but plan on adding them in.. In about 2 weeks

    My left arm is half an inch smaller and my right arm is 14.5 inches if I sent flex like that I don't look like I lift it sucks but I know its a long road
