    Well you can take it after everyone or you can test it yourself. For me, the optimum eating time after workout is 1-2 hours. That way I feel the best !

    Abs should not really be trained directly. I mostly like to train them by doing squats and big deadlifts

    A belt isn't necessary but I feel what you say because I had the same problems like you because I didn't warmed up properly most of the time and used bad form because I was lazy. Fixed the form + pumped dem legs and it went ok :)

    You should mostly up your calorie intake and keep protein high. Supplements are not really required.
