    Week 3: Workouts last week blew pretty hard, shoulders still too messed up to put much weight on it before it aches. Did a few legs days and abs. No noticeable changes, but I'd say the shoulder is holding me back a lot.

    I think its recovering quickly, at this rate I maybe able to start light (30%) upper body again next weekend. Till then I'll focus on non-barbell leg exercises, bicep isolation, and core stability for my squats and deadlifts.
