    Thanks for the advice man. Ill have to PM you about a diet for body builders that like to stay lean because that is sort of what I am aiming for. I just recently cut 39 pounds and I really don't want to put that back on, unless its muscle.

    Deep squats for me, were much more beneficial then doing partials or box squats. Getting the full range of motions actually helped build up the muscle around my hips and knees, resulting in less injuries.

    Focus heavily on your triceps, they make up the mass of your arms. Im a firm believer in skull crushers when it comes to building mass, and finishing them off with press downs and over the head extensions.
