My new scale shows my body fat so it keeps dropping every week. As you know the weight doesn't always go down lol I am on a similar diet as well

    When cutting,I train in a fasted state and can train harder and longer on BCAA's and that's a fact. I came off for a week and couldn't even get through my workout. Now the one I use does have Glutamine in it so maybe that's it but something on it keeps me from fatigue

    Step one, get you a fat caliper. You could be burning 4 pounds of fat and adding a pound or two of muscle. Which is pretty good! If that's not the case,I would lower your carbs and try intermittent fasting. Are you staying inside your macros?

    If you didn't eat for over 48 hours you could burn some muscle. But if your lifting heavy and eating within the 8 hour window you would not burn muscle only fat.
