You're welcome, I seen your question and thought I would try and help. Looks like you doing the right stuff! It just takes time. I struggle with it myself. My new scale shows my body fat so it keeps dropping every week. As you know the weight doesn't always go down lol I am on a similar diet as well
Yeah! You're on your way! I personally don't take fat burners. I take L-Cartine with CLA. I take a pre workout for energy and BCAAs because I train fasted. As far as building muscle I am on TRT from my doctor/which at 46 has really helped me! Whey Protein if you need not eating enough and just...
When cutting,I train in a fasted state and can train harder and longer on BCAA's and that's a fact. I came off for a week and couldn't even get through my workout. Now the one I use does have Glutamine in it so maybe that's it but something on it keeps me from fatigue
Step one, get you a fat caliper. You could be burning 4 pounds of fat and adding a pound or two of muscle. Which is pretty good! If that's not the case,I would lower your carbs and try intermittent fasting. Are you staying inside your macros?
My BCAA's is from ON, it has Glutamine in it. I noticed a lot of BCAA's do not have glutamine. So maybe it's the Glutamine. I was doing 4 sets of 10 and I was exhausted half way through. Now I start with a 20 rep warm up and add weigh on each set. Hour or so later I have to tell myself that I am...
I came off of BCAA and fatigued pretty fast during my fasted workouts. I can tell you that while drinking BCAAS during my workout I can train harder, stronger and longer! It's night and day! I have to make myself leave the gym. Maybe a protein shake or carbs does the same thing but I am cutting...
If you didn't eat for over 48 hours you could burn some muscle. But if your lifting heavy and eating within the 8 hour window you would not burn muscle only fat.
Nonsense? Sounds like You need to do a little research. Anyways,I never said that BCAA didn't spike insulin. You don't have to eat ever 3 hours to build muscle. You can take in your protein in 4 hours or 8 or all day. Herschel Walker eats one time a day and has for 20 years
