    I wouldn't take the Orange Triad post workout, it has some anti-inflammatory ingredients, it's best to take it at least a few hours after a workout.

    Yep - I used to rotate GameDay and Hypermax XT (200mg caffeine per serving) then they both reformulated and are now 300mg+ per serving. I mostly buy pump products and add caffeine tab and citrulline these days.
