  1. HCG dosage

    Are you on monotherapy? I just posted a thread. I got bloodwork running 250 IU/EOD mono versus 400 IU/EOD. T levels were 15.5 nmol/L and 23.6 nmol/L respectively, but E2 levels were 72 pmol/L and 155 pmol/L. I guess 15.5 nmol/L is the best I can do with HCG without elevating my E2, although I...

  3. Calories on bulking test e

Yes good plan. I usually always just eat a couple hundred calories over maintenance when on cycle, that way I stay lean and add some quality size without "ballooning" up. This way, you can bulk up the majority of the year, and only need to do a brief cut before summer.
  4. Calories on bulking test e

You could always start out eating at maintenance and slowly increase calories while the Test kicks in full gear. Depends how strict you want to be with your bulk and whether or not you mind more fat gain.
  5. Calories on bulking test e

There is going to be a lot of factors that will contribute to weight gain: -Caloric surplus -Increased glycogen storage (from the test) -Increased estrogen levels (from the test) -Gains in muscle The caloric surplus alone of 500 cals will lead to about 10-12 lbs after a few months. The test...
  6. What is your favorite cheat meal?

Currently, I am eating somewhere between 2500 - 3000 cals, and I'm gaining at a very slow rate. My maintenance is probably around 2600-2700. When I cut, I usually end up eating around 2300 cals on average. The best strategy is to look at your weekly caloric intake rather than daily. Let's say...
  7. What is your favorite cheat meal?

I've always done massive refeeds (4-6k cals) while cutting and they've worked out really well. They work best when used in conjunction with a low carb diet, or intermittent fasting IME.
  8. What is your favorite cheat meal?

Yes luckily I'm on a bulk, but I actually prefer/feel the need to cheat more while dieting.

No, no they are not :P But now I've just planned my perfect cheat day. I will eat all of the above next time I cheat! :)

  13. Weak Response To Clomid

I didn't think Rhodiola Rosea was estrogenic. Anyways, my estro levels are very low. I don't eat soy. I will look into testing my Vitamin D3. My temperatures have been improving so far this week after supplementing with Rhodiola, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C and Magnesium. I started adding...
  14. Weak Response To Clomid

Going to a Naturopath on Friday to get 4x Cortisol/DHEA-S saliva test. Will probably end up supplementing DHEA-S if low. Also seeing my family doctor next Monday to go over Thyroid panel. Will ask for a trial of Synthroid, as primary hypothyroidism seems to commonly coincide with secondary...
  15. Weak Response To Clomid

    Guys, I really need some help. Here's more bloodwork: October 2014: LH: 2 IU/L (ref: 1-9) FSH: 2 IU/L (ref: 1-19) Estradiol: <37 pmol/L (ref: 40-160) Total Testosterone: 13.0 nmol/L (ref: 6.1-27.1) Free Testosterone: 233 pmol/L (ref: 110-660) Bioavailable Testosterone: 5.5 nmol/L...
