Better joints, plus I believe it's helping me retain muscle in a caloric deficit. So I expect it to help keep fat down on a lean bulk.

Sounds crazy but I use the Cecred edge restoring drops with 1mg of added AHK-cu. Put it in a lil spray bottle and the thinning hairline and temples have completely recovered in 9-10 months.

I do 6/day. 4 pre-workout early morning and then 2 in the evening with dinner. 8 will get expensive. I already do 8 AXT, 6 Uro-B, 3 Alpha One a day.
