Yeah i know its not a balanced diet at all and i do my best to compensate with multi vits etc. but im not using steriods to be healthy im using to make gains that i couldn't make without them . . . . aside from my diet 'horror' can anyone comment on my original question????

weight has gone from 105kg to 109kg
body fat has decreased, gone from abs not visible to top two abs visible.

yeah im aware of that but i really wanna keep it a short 4 week sort of re-comp cycle. plus i wouldn't want to do any type of oral gear for more then 4 weeks anyway
ok , thanks for the info would it not be better to run the Erase to make sure there is no chance of estrogen rebound or is it better to wait and see if its needed?
i have done one cycle of test e 250mg for 10 weeks the reason for using a pro hormone now is i didn't want to do 2 cycles of test...
im planning to do and epi cycle ( havoc ) iv been looking around at some logs and seen a lot of different support sups mentioned which is confusing.
my proposed cycle will be this

erase starting week 3 of pct dosed as...
After all the info given my planned cycle now looks like this :
dbol weeks 1-4 40mg e/d
test e weeks 1-10 500mg once a week
aromasin 25 mgs EOD starting at week 2-3
pct:
clomid 100/50/50/50 starting at week 12
and ERASE starting week 12
I Did 8 weeks of test on my first cycle at only 250mg per week and made decent gains that i was very happy with and kept most of them too.
a shorter cycle is easier to recover from right ?
