    Haha well it doesn't feel like much to me. I used to squat 415 and deadlift 425 a little over a year ago but I injured my leg when I came home from my last deployment. So what I'm squatting/deadlifting now doesn't really impress me. Haven't quite built my strength back to what it was back then.

    Last time I actually figured out my maintenance calories I was off cycle and they were around 2535 calories (i went off of 200 protein, 265 carbs, 75 fat). I was also about 196lbs back then. Now I eat around 2500-2800 calories most days and my weight has been staying pretty steady (192-194ish)...
