being a powerlifter i am most concerned with strength gains. Having a year of specifically powerlifting routines I am aware I can make natural jumps for quite some time. But it is never bad to be knowledgeable and somewhere down the line Id like to have an idea to research. So In your opinion...
id say if your beginning that maybe add in incline bench press subbed for one of the 3 bicep exercises. Also i always prefer to do big muscle groups first then isolate for instance chest before bis and shoulders before tris, just my preference though.

I plan on running a similar cycle when i get the money. Im also a powerlifter and I was thinking whether to run epi during a westside routine or a 5x5, i guess ill decide after i see your gains, good luck bro.
