Am I repeating workouts too frequently with only 2 as opposed to adding a third?
also, do you guys eat the same total calories on lifting days as you do on off days?
yeah probably not the smartest idea. I started splitting the w/o shake about half pre and half post and added a meal of some tuna or lunchmeat with whole grain bread at 4 (about 45 mins after my shake).
Also let me know what you guys think of this 3x week full body w/o:

I think Ill be better off dropping a few lbs first. It will only take me 4 weeks or so anyways. ...Any tips on transitioning into a bulk? should i just up my calories to the bulk level? as i posted before i will be around 3500 cal for this and will get down around 2500 to shed a little flab ....

sonicwaste- that sounds like the UD really worked for you. where you on it the entire time? Did you at least maintain your muscle mass and strength?

This def makes sense and I would assume a good estimate of that point is where you are without following an incredibly strict diet? I know I have always been between 15-20% so my point probably falls within that range, correct?
