i so consume fish chicken and meat ...but that supply is not constant due to the area and people i live with.
When i can...i put in a salmon can...chicken breast and lean meat.

i did think of even spreading out my initial 1 scoop dosage just to make sure its fully used up.. but then again its a very small dosage (1 scoop which will be half whey and half gainer) so it will be a slow intake and one shot digest too.
I will closely monitor my muscle/fat...
