    Sorry.... 35, diet is very good most of the time. I do Paleo diet, which I like. Training. I'm a personal trainer and also train in Crossfit. I did one other cycle but when I was 20. Thanks

    It's a 9 week cycle of Clen, Winny and T3 I was told the first two weeks to take just the clen and by week 3, I should start the Winny with the clen. Week 4,5 and 6 I should be just taking Winny and T3. Week 7 should be finishing up the T3 and still on Winny and start Clen again. Week 8 just on...
