    Me personally I do cardio 5 times a week. But that's because I'm trying to lose excess fat while lifting 3 days a week. I just do hiit cardio. I warm up for 3-5 minutes then intervals for 20 minutes followed by 4-5 minutes or cool down. I don't know if this helps considering we are in two...
