All good ideas. Opinions vary widely on the subject. Some refer to it as inflammation & recommend nsaids, others say it is NOT inflammation, but necrosis, or the slower healing than the destruction. may have already been mentioned... not everybody responds well to creatine, i don't unless i add that ~100gms of sugary grape juice or similar to it, then it's effects appear nicely.

Anybody know of a company that actually produces their own whey? Seems like that might be pretty cool, leave out the middle men. Especially if they turn alot of it, might be consistently fresh.

if post train im injecting lr3, would it be beneficial to do a protein shake without carbs then do your carbs maybe a half hour later to avoid any blunting of the peptide?

i'm gonna do the same thing probably week 2 of 2011.(when work settles down!) i'm gonna try kind of a peudo juice fast thing with some green superfood & v8 & lemon juice cool cayenne etc. maybe a bunch o' fiber at bedtime. best of luck with yours bros.
