    I love it, I noticed the pre-workout I take now has it and I have bigger pumps(could be the citrulline malate), absolutely no crash, and it is known to give stronger erections.

    I second this but, make sure you are eating whole foods that is where you are gonna get the mass that sticks around for a while.

    Eat more protein during dinner. Protein keeps you full and satiated for longer. Or eat all your protein at the end of your meal
  6. Instant potatoes

    Real potatoes are pretty cheap but from what I know the instant potatoes are just dehydrated, ground up, and filled with preservatives. I eat them from time to time too cause you can't get that flavor if you make them from scratch.

    This actually happened to my friend he hadn't run a cycle for years and mysteriously got gyno. His doctor said some men get it as they age and their hormones start to fluctuate. I have also heard after gaining weight fat increases aromatase activity causing gyno. Did you get fat?
