    Your layout looks decent, however Epi should be ran for about 5/6 weeks for maximum results as Epi takes awhile to kick in. And by the way be careful buying from ebay especially post band most of that stuff is bunk. Good luck though!

    summer run plans need help!

    Running 30mg of epi along with 100mg of halodrol in the middle of week 4 making huge strength gains, Just starting to having trouble with my blood pressure however.
