    I've been on Anabolic Effect & Alpha one for about 6 weeks and Ursa-Bolic for the past 2 weeks. Someone gifted me one of those Swiss Colony cheesecakes, so my diet has been lousy...but no fat gain so far. Take that for what it's worth.
