I can attest to the efficacy of biotin at least in terms of stopping hair loss. I'm sensitive to hair loss sides from even mild androgens like herbal test boosters. 10mg of oral biotin daily and this is no longer an issue. I doubt that I could take anything harsher and expect biotin alone to do...

I guess we can't have everything.... some will take a little muscle and a lot of hair...others will take a little hair and a lot of muscle. :sneaky:

Yep...and I find that the DHT blocking medz aren't worth it for other unwanted sides...but the natural DHT Blocking shampoos from what I've read sound ok.

This (unfortunately) makes sense. Those who are sensitive to the side effects of a test boost wont avoid by focusing on free test.

Will freeing up all that bound Test also increase DHT levels?

I get bad sinus headaches and ArA does trigger them. Drinking extra water while on does help though.
