    Shoulders today - 8 sets seated smith machine press, 6 sets rear delt machine, 6 sets dumbbell shrugs supersetted with front and side lateral raises, 6 sets cable upright row. Did supersets with body weight squats for 18 sets. Taking tomorrow off for pain management! [emoji6]
