    The body is always looking to adapt. So sometimes a complete change is needed . For a while I couldn't get my arms sore... Recently I've been doing "monster " sets and have been getting some good workouts in [emoji106]
  3. Muscle cramping all the time

    I was getting cramps often... I was drinking plenty of water . Added taurine , potassium and magnesium and nothing was helping .. I actually started to add back some sodium and it did the trick .

  5. Bench Press and Massive Headache

    This is good info... I had this same problem years ago. Doctors actually did MRI looking for aneurysm(sp?) Not to worry you, but they went away after a while . Had a similar headache one time Doing deadlifts. Keep us posted please
