I tend to eat all of my carbs at night post workout. In that scenario, would it still make sense to take this before bed or would taking it in the morning be more effective?

It's a little pricey upfront, but it's the best combination of straight razor performance and cartridge convenience I've tried.
Not bad at all in my opinion. Actually enjoyed the second dose this morning.
Strafe on the other hand I still have to hold my nose and down. Something about that amino acid taste... Even the strongest flavorings don't cover that up for me.
Apologies if this has been covered and I missed it... I understand the reasoning to avoid the pre and post wo period with Epitome. But it appears you suggest not taking it early in the morning as well, and I'm curious why (if that is in fact the case). Thanks!
All these products have suggested dosage/timing info, but I'm not clear which (if any) should ideally be taken with/without food.
Strafe and Brite are clear... Specifically, I'm unsure about Epitome, Ammo, and BMP.
