I tried taking DAA twice, both times I couldn't sleep a wink a couple of days after I started. Worst insomnia ever. Sucks because I bought 3 tubs, so had to give them away :(
I've never run epi. So I couldn't compare the two. But I would liked phreak. I would recommend it. Because for me the only side was test shrinkage which just went back to normal 2 weeks into pct.
Well currently im in Korea uninsured.
I'm going back to Australia in a month. However there may be a 6 month wait before some insurance stuff kicks in...
HOWEVER
today in the gym I was talking to a trainer and he suggested I
Take a DB row position on a flat bench. Then just let my arm hang...
Don't assume I bench like a noob please. These things happen to everyone.
Thx for the input I guess I will keep on doing what I am doing and wait till I go back to Australia to get an MRI. Sounds expensive though :(

Just a pain cause my chest is melting before my eyes.
What were you doing for rehab?

Time to give you guys the end results.
For the cycle I followed something similar to FST. Starting with power compounds movements 4-8 reps. Going to Isolations with higher reps at the end of the workout.
For alot of exercises it ended up being 5 pounds a week in terms of strength gains.
Also...
So today is my last day on and it was supposed to be shoulders but I decided to do arms instead. Glad I did, strength was up again. Banged out 2 more reps on all exercises.
Pretty happy about arm progress on cycle. They have gained strength consistently.
