Look up Jason Seib and Sara Fragoso! They have a podcast and a Facebook page "jassafit" they started out as Paleo but changed a few things. Jason wrote a book called "Paleo coach" very good book.
Who has time to lift 7 hrs a day? If he has a job and works 8-5 then he would workout til midnight? Interesting schedule! I workout 1 hr a day work 40 hrs at a full time job and part time as a firefighter and I'm exhausted
I mainly eat chicken, Turkey, T-bone steak and tilapia! I believe t-bone is the lowest fat of ur meat choices! Chicken is probably the most affordable I but a 5 lb bag every week for around $9 it'll last me a week and a bag of tilapia is around the same price
Changed up the workouts to make sure I'm not adding too much fat! Added 10 mins of HIIT to the beginning of my workout and the usual 20 mins at the end of my workout! Weight was 206 this morning! The HIIT has really added intensity to my workouts!
Off day today and took my wife out of town for the weekend! Refeed day! Just had crab legs at bubba gumps shrimp company! Got some swimming in the plans for the evening

Like they said in 3 months you will tell a difference but don't get discouraged you will see small changes that will give you motivation like noticing a muscle you hadn't noticed before and things! Just enjoy the journey

Sounds about right 500 mg a week is about standard I've ran this twice with good results! After about 3 weeks you will really see the scale love I put on about 20 lbs in 2 months
Added in finaflex PX black and loved the added energy this morning! It was chest and leg day! Squat was 385*12 bench press is up 20 lbs in 2 weeks and weight is up 9 lbs
