I have been out of the gym due to work and I need something to get my swole back!!! Now that I have time I can hit the gym hard again.

Well I don't know if it really did all that good of a job keeping the fat off.. I tried keeping my diet clean since I wasn't working out but I still feel a little bloated. I have done cardio the past few days and will keep doing it for the next month or so just to work off the food is ate on...
