Looking for advise on deciding on my next PH. I focus on strength so like the title says, which PH would you recommend for strength gains that are maintainable?
Probably frowned upon here, but I do legs twice a week.

6x3 Regular Bench
6x3 Close Grip bench + 6x8 Tricep Pushdown(Super set)
5x10 Dips +35lbs.
plus I threw in 3x10 push ups with a 45lbs on my back.
6x3 Back Squats
3x10 Leg Extensions
Which of these two options would be better mixed with 8 weeks of Natadrol for strength gains?
1.)4 weeks of Form-X and then 4 weeks of T911
or
2.)8 weeks of just DAA?(Thinking SNS caps)
