    I pretty much just follow my old high school coach's workout which focuses on bench and clean jerk primarily lol

    Probably frowned upon here, but I do legs twice a week. anyways 6x3 Regular Bench 6x3 Close Grip bench + 6x8 Tricep Pushdown(Super set) 5x10 Dips +35lbs. plus I threw in 3x10 push ups with a 45lbs on my back. 6x3 Back Squats 3x10 Leg Extensions

    Yeah I'm on creatine mono. Did 6 sets of 3 Monday @ 85%.

    Which of these two options would be better mixed with 8 weeks of Natadrol for strength gains? 1.)4 weeks of Form-X and then 4 weeks of T911 or 2.)8 weeks of just DAA?(Thinking SNS caps)
