I did that too and it worked good! I'm just trying something different just to experiment lol. Low carb days are 50g carbs, 185g protein, and just somewhere around 70g fat. And yeah that sounds like a good idea!
Does anyone carb cycle 1 low/1 high?? These week I'm trying to do one day of around 50 carbs and then a day of about 200. Has anyone ever tried this?? Or do y'all usually do 2 low/1 high? I want your opinions and experiences! :)
So I got cocky and attempted way too much weight doing barbell row this morning. My lower back buckled a little and was instantly tight, and the pain just keeps radiating worse and worse as the day goes on. Does anyone recommend hot over cold? Or a combo of both? Help me, I hurt lol.

Okay great! I'll tweak my diet a little. So I got below 140 finally! I'm at 139.8, should I keep my calories at 1450 or is that too low?? It seems to be working and it's not hard for me to follow. I just don't want to lose muscle mass.
