    Thought it said weights everyday 2 hours. Cardio 1-2 hours on 2 days. Cardio an hour every day. But it really doesn't matter.

    Also noticed too increased digestic trac proficiency. Its incredible. Im thinking the glutamine had helped my digestion and regularity. Less time in bathroom and less irregularity. Also much rounder look to muscles on most days and WAYYY better pumps. I think its worth it so far

If i were to but cutting id probably keep the hiit post w/o and add low resistance cardio every day or at least 3-4 times a week.     Just brisk walk. U won't sweat like a nut and ull do fine as fat as burning calories and you'll burn plenty of fat.

    Hiit is when you work at a lower intensity (say 60%) for maybe 90 seconds. Than, increase intensity to where you can get hr up to 80% or so for 60 seconds. I do 10 minute hiit simply for conditioning after weight training. I do eliptical.

    I notice(ed) a change for the good before even getting my blood work done. Going from 224 to 420 has gotten rid of some of the issues this far. Im turning back into the year-round- plow machine i used to be. ? not quite as i WAS before these issues started but BETTER. I know u have to cycle off...

    Thanks man. Its come up quite a bit since last yr. Im still anemic. Hemoglobin is still a hair bellow average. But t is up from 224 to 420. So... Lets see if i can get myself up lover 5 or 600. Like a normal 30 year olds who train's and eats right
