Welp!
My names Sean I'm 21 years old. I love motocross, snowboarding, hunting ,fishing, guns, Lifting...although I've been out of it since August 07'. Dueto serious back injurys from sports which required surgery, among many other set backs with my health. I basically expierienced complete muscular atrophy all over my body to the 10th degree. post August 07' I worked at Lifetime Fitness where I started bodybuilding. I was 235 with a 20 percent body fat reading. In the span of 5 months, I managed to gain a clean 30 pounds of muscle, weighed 190 lbs and had a 10 percent body fat reading, I pent three hours-6 days a week in the gym with proper diet and legal supplements believe it or not. Well Now Im back in the game!
I go to physical therapy 3 times a week for my back- which is all weight training monitored by a physician. it focuses on my lower back, legs and abs and recently added lats, its pretty sweet
