been lifting on and off for a few years, more serious over last year. cut down to 179, but no strength. have gotten strength back up but weight is up to 210 and some fat added. would 1-andro be good to increase muscle and strength while cutting down fat. Age 24
plan on doing 2 scoops alphamine and 1 shift in am and then 1 scoop alphamine and 1 shift pre workout. Im thinking of also adding in reduce xt for cortisol control. it says to take 3 pills a day. would reduce xt stack well with alphamine and shift?

One last question, Last time i took ara i took it fasted with bcaa's pre workout, mgs, and alcar. What exactly is considered fasted? if i have a preworkout mean an hr or 2 before and take ara gms alcar 5 minutes before starting workout, will i still get the benifits?
