yes its broscience but i like taking in 6-7 smaller meals throughout the day instead of like 4. i found out if i take in big meals i fart a lot. don't have that with smaller meals haha

I dont really think there is a way to target your inner chest. Just doing regular and incline pressing movements and having a good diet will eventually fill your chest out to where you can notice a good "valley" on it.
