    another thing you may pay attention to, is sensitivity to stimulants. you may notice that you don't need as much caffeine to get the same effect. after a few days on p5 I notice I stop finishing my cup of coffee...I just set it down and forget about it.

    you may also consider a low dose of pregnenolone. Pregnenolone has been shown by many to increase their sensitivity to stimulants, and has aided in energy levels and mood when cutting down on stimulants. Our Neuro P5 is a really cost effective topical Pregnenolone...may want to give it a try.
