    its probably not necessary to be eating muffins and cake and stuff... To be fare, Kieffer warns against HFC... I dont do the simple sugars outside of my dextrose shake... I do use white potatoe and some all nature corn chips in the PM to hit carb numbers... I could not imagine hitting big...
