hey guys, well iv been tryin to up my HITT so i can cut down on some bf and iv been gettin crazy bad shin splints, ive got new running shoes and i stretch evertime before i work out or run. any ideas or tips? thanks

i didnt actually mean turn fat into muscle i know thats not possible, what i meant was is it easier to have a little fat on you and cut it and then its easier to gain muscle. ive heard of body builders who just eat and eat till they gain weight and get big then cut all the fat and start stackin...
