    Ok the contest ended. I won with a total of 65 pounds lost in 10 weeks. And no it's not healthy to lose it that fast. But we just got back from Florida and had a great time!

    I also did not start as low as I originally wanted we have a couple 400 pounders in the contest and I wanted to make sure I would have the weight to lose if they were serious about this thing.

    Great so far. I'm looking to get to 300 by the time the actual contest starts on the 18th. By then I'll have it dialed in. By the looks of it I don't think I'll have to drop my calories as low as I had first thought.

    Critique my body.

    I have never seen anyone ever put on any serious muscle and stay "lean" while doing it. You may put on some muscle but it's going to take a long time.
