Ive been training for a little while now, I started when I was at 102.50 KG (226 lbs), and I am now at 87.00 KG (192 lbs). I started with a personal trainer close to 1 year ago now, however only from the beginning of 2010 have a I really focued on eating good healthy foods and really changing my lifestyle. It is safe to say I have lost the vast majority of the 15.50 KG (34 lbs) within the last 7 months :-)
I have mainly been doing Boxing related training, i.e. sparring, pad work, weight lifting, and a lot running.
When I started I could barely run 100 metres before I would have to stop as I was so unfit and was gasping for air, but now, I can run 5.5 miles (8.8 kilometres) without stopping, and I do it in just over 45 mins, which for me is a massive improvement !
Im now at the stage where I have lost a significant amount of fat, and am now working on increasing my cardio fitness, and building good lean muscle, improving my shape, Im not looking to get the big bodybuilding sha
