  2. USPA qualifying

Dude! Do it! I'm like you, can't squat for **** due to a bad back. Kinda deadlift, but probably shouldn't do that either. So bench it is!
  3. Powerlifting after back surgery?

Sounds good man, and thanks for responding. I guess I can always just do bench only, huh?
  4. Powerlifting after back surgery?

    Great! Thanks!
  5. Powerlifting after back surgery?

  6. Titans Wrath w/Gaspari Halodrol

This thread keeps getting better by the minute. And yeah dude, looking strong. Can't wait to see what this Halodrol does for ya!
  7. Powerlifting after back surgery?

Negative, he gave me nothing. Just the usual don't do anything that bothers you nonsense.

  9. Powerlifting after back surgery?

Hey guys, so I've been lurking on here a few months, love the forums. I'm trying to figure out my next play in the gym. Had a back surgery a while back, have been essentially half ass in the gym for a while. Mostly upper body stuff. I really, really want to get back in to heavy lifting...
  10. Legs only next 6 weeks. 2 or 3x/week

Subbed. I agree with our guy above... 3 times a week should allow you to pack on some serious size on your wheels while simultaneously preserving your upper body mass.
  11. Back to basics with Epicurus

    Dude you're ****ing stacked man!
  12. Can someone critique my plan?

Understood. Keep in mind that everybody is different. What works you might smoke me and vice versa. Either way, I think you could do it for a period of time if you keep your rest, active recovery and nutrition on point. Bill Kazmaier followed a similar training plan and well, I think his results...
  13. Can someone critique my plan?

But you're not growing in the gym... You're growing out if it. Lee Haney said it best, "stimulate, don't annihilate." I would go with a three-day split like the guy above mentioned and go balls to the wall in the gym. Move heavy ass weight. And then recover like you're life depends on it...
