Hey guys, so I've been lurking on here a few months, love the forums. I'm trying to figure out my next play in the gym. Had a back surgery a while back, have been essentially half ass in the gym for a while. Mostly upper body stuff. I really, really want to get back in to heavy lifting...
Subbed. I agree with our guy above... 3 times a week should allow you to pack on some serious size on your wheels while simultaneously preserving your upper body mass.
