It makes every cycle better. Controlling estrogen gets easier, libido is up, aggression is up, less bloat, harder look. I'm talking about dosages between 50-100mg/d.
"Bulk supplements": 5:1 extract, mornings 1g before bed 2g .
I swear its a life changer for me. It lets me confront daily issues more relaxed.
Will be interesting to see if it has an effect on my blood sugar and lipids.
Short update:
-still no surgery on hernias
-emergency repair on artificial lake came first
-no workout the last 14 days due to said lake draining, tons of fish slaughtering and other mess
-not much interest in the bodybuilding topic for now

+25lbs x10/7/6
All machines maxed out at 7 reps.
Now progressing to free weights.
Starting to look "normal" again (#oldmanmaypullout-yourspine-look)
Short update:
Feeling good/great. Strength is up, weight slowly going down. Working out every fugging day besides Sundays.
Getting more confident as I'm progressing.
Still not in the mood to post more frequent on AM. Will do after next surgery, when attacking the weights more diligently.
