    They said I’ll be looking at about 6 weeks Physio to get my hand to move again after the cast is off. I’ve read that after people still have problems lifting heavy and not to try for at least 6 months after a break or it could brake again seams a bit long to me to wait

    Well I’m gutted I’ve been in cast for 2 and a half months. I snapped both bones in my wrist and had to have k wires fitted. they was removed last week and the cast comes off next week and was wondering if any one can give me a rough time on recovery as it’s doing my nut seeing my arm waste away...
