    German Volume Training

    GVT is awesome....Ive used the 10 sets of 10 program for an 8 week sub cycle in my powerlfitng training to give my CNS a break...put an inch on my legs and arms, not that I was trying to but that was the result. Great stuff.

    just do a mild testosterone cycle....if youve never done one you'll keep 70% of your muscular gains afterwards and the post cyle is a breeze becuase you havent really had that much time to shut off...just not really that big of a deal.

    Pre workout drink advice

    I use NOXIPRO, its incredibly effective....I train in the evening though and rather than wait until 2 in the morning for it to wear off I take a proactive approach and take melatonin, GABA, and valerian root pills an hour before bed.....get to sleep with no problems.
