Yeah I’ve read you can take either way, definitely have noticed more aggression and endurance in the gym, but that could be placebo just from knowing I’m on a cycle

End of week two. I have been getting some pretty good lifts in and my diet has been on point for the most part. I have not noticed any strength jumps or decreases, but can notice some fat loss, so I’ll mark that...
Forgot to mention I’m running both at 20mg. Take normally half hour prior to my lift or first thing to start my day. I somewhat have an urge to try and compete in a physique show this year, hopefully this could get me there!

Tomorrow will be one week on, so can’t say I have had any real results, most likely just placebo from being excited to be on a new cycle. Will be posting pictures weekly, so will post some tomorrow!
