    Look up calories on the cut of beef. Aka If it looks to be 80% lean,20 fat ect. I would weigh it raw and calculate that way. In the grand scheme of things, as long as you're consistent, it shouldn't matter that much.

    There's no half suppressive. It's full. A ton of people have marketed SARMS as being "less suppressive " than PH's but this is not the case. Gw and mk677 are the only sarm that don't interfere with test production.
