For me, I have to taper down caffeine dosage over a couple of days to keep from getting major headaches. Then I get off all stims completely for AT LEAST a week. I find my sleep improves with less brain fog in the morning while off caffeine. I LOVE coffee so I don’t do this often.
It seemed to work but nothing drastic. I got down to my leanest weight in a long time with a slight deficit. Dropped about 6 lb in 8 weeks. No noticeable strength gains.
I’d say no on beta ecdysterone. Im currently running this.
Definitely on MK677 but you need to cycle every 5-8 days to keep the hunger effect. Also, this is a research chem and it WILL affect your blood glucose level so proceed with caution.

What about 1-DHEA, 4-DHEA? Hard sell with dosages required? I would think it would complement Stano-plex well. Of which I just started for the first time and loving btw.
I haven’t noticed anything different about my quality of life. I can’t drink grapefruit juice because it inhibits CYP3A which is needed to break down statins in the intestine.
I’ve been using 20mg Lipitor ED for ~5 years. My mom has high cholesterol so I believe it’s hereditary. I had some DS usage +10 years ago so that could have exasperated it. No sides to speak of. My cholesterol is perfect now.
