    FYI, been stacking these for two weeks now. No issues at all. I injured my elbow last weekend so I haven't really gotten to lift this week. No side effects yet tho.

    I'll start dosing throughout the day and 30 min pre workout. I took 3 grams about 20 min pre workout and it didn't do dick.
