    Used to be on nexium 40mg everyday, started taking a probiotics pill daily instead after 1-2 months heartburn pretty much stopped. Ive been off nexium for about a year after being on it for 3-4.. Maybe once a month now I'll need to take an antacid but that's usually only if I eat something too...

    Been kind of bored with my current Tilpia recipes, usually either pan fried with some bread crumbs or baked with either lemon pepper rub or a jamaican jerk seasoning. Looking to try something new tonight, currently have some defrosting in the fridge.

    I agree, a calorie is a calorie and it shouldn't matter if it is liquid or solid food items you should still keep track of it.
  7. Bland chicken and rice

    Baked it must of been slightly bad and I couldn't tell by looking at/smell. I always check my chicken with a meat thermometer to make sure it's cooked to 165 so it was cooked fine, not sure what was wrong with it but thinks have been fine lately. I don't have a crockpot not enough room for one...
