Been a busy long day so far i am still at work and kind of sore from doing back yesterday, so i might take today off, But if I dont its suppose to be leg day which i think i would like to do fully rested considering I had a long at work lastnight and not much sleep. but it remains to be seen

I like it better than xtreme tren, its not better than trenadrol i will say that...

Well Saturday was an off day since I have my kids on the weekends but I got my oldest to hold down the fort for me for a bit so I could get a decent bi/tri workout in today. Weight was up to 184 3/4 lbs. Here is the workout

Fridays workout was another great one for me and I can tell the tren is kicking in cause strength gains are really getting good. Did shoulders and mild cardio and it was awesome.
